1win
1win is a social casino slots app for adults aged 18 and over. You spin four themed cabinets, line up matching symbols for virtual coins, collect a daily bonus and climb a progression ladder. There is no real-money gambling: coins have no cash value and can never be bought, sold or paid out. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
1win does not sell your personal information. The vast majority of what you do stays on your device.
Information we collect
1win has no account system, no sign-in and no forms. We never ask for your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or any other personal detail. The only piece of information the app sends to our server is a device-scoped identifier so the server can tell one install from another; it is never used for advertising.
Data stored on your device
To make the app work, 1win stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:
- Your coin balance, player level, biggest-win history and spin counts, kept in a local SQLite database on the device.
- Per-cabinet state — bets you placed, free-spin counts, bonus progress and your favourites.
- Your accolades, chosen sigil and daily-bonus streak, stored in the same local database.
- A first-launch flag (whether the welcome slides have been shown) in the operating system's app preferences.
- Your settings: turbo spin, left-handed layout, reduced motion, haptics and the break reminder.
- A short local cache of notification templates (title, body, image) pulled from our server so a reminder can still render while offline.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.
Permissions
On Android we request the standard INTERNET permission to talk to our server, POST_NOTIFICATIONS so you can enable reminders from Settings, and RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED so a scheduled reminder re-arms itself after you restart the phone. We do not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, exact-alarm or any other sensitive permission.
Network use and what leaves your device
1win talks to our server at flumex.homes for the following, and nothing else:
- Startup check-in — one request at launch to decide whether to open the local lobby or a hosted update page. It sends an opaque device-scoped identifier (
Settings.Secure.ANDROID_IDon Android, identifierForVendoron iOS), the app's version, your system locale and your device model. - Reminder templates — when you enable Reminders in Settings, the app fetches up to five generic notification templates (title, body, image) that are rotated through once a day.
- Anonymous play telemetry — small reports (spin outcomes, chosen sigil, current jackpot look-ups, daily-seed fetches) sent in the background so we can balance the slots. These carry the app's version, your locale and your device model, but no account, name, email or location.
All of these requests go over HTTPS, carry no advertising identifier and are not shared with any third party. The app does not integrate any analytics SDK, advertising network, crash-reporting service, social-login provider or in-app purchase billing.
Children's privacy
1win is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). If you believe a child has used the app in a way that collected personal information, contact us at the address below and we will help remove it.
Your rights
Almost all of your data lives on your own device, under your control. To delete it, clear the app's storage from your device settings or uninstall 1win. The device-scoped identifier we receive is tied to your device, not to you personally, and resets on a factory reset or when you remove the app from a different user profile. You can also turn off Reminders at any time in Settings or at the OS level.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
